Sequined Pants!

Great Sequined Pants! JCrew has obviously hired new designers and buyers recently because their stuff has taken a turn for the better. The days of boring preppy gear are no longer for this popular store. No one would ever suspect these pants were from JCrew. They're so stylish and fun that even fashion house Net-a-porter.com decided to sell them. I absolutely love these for the holiday season but you can really start wearing them now with sandals and tank tops! You can buy them here.

These boots were made for walkin

Alright, the fall clothes are starting to arrive and the boots are slowly appearing in the stores. It's tough to settle on a pair of boots so early in the season because you really don't know what else is coming out in the stores. Well, here's a fabulous pair of over the knee boots that I'm confident will compete with all the boots to come out throughout the fall/winter. You can buy these fabulous boots here

New Years Eve Dress Anyone?

Wow - when I think of a New Years Eve dress, I think of something festive, fun and sexy. This dress seems to embody all of that. It's a little 80's but not too over the top. This would look great with pumps, booties, boots or strappy sandals. Such a fun dress! You can buy it here

Bangin Bangles

If someone told me five years ago that Nicole Richie was going to design a jewelry line that was not only successful, but very unique and fashion forward...I would of laughed and told that person to get their imagination out of the gutter. I must hand it to Ms. Richie, "House of Harlow" is an extremely cool jewelry line. I bought this bangle on sale and I can't stop wearing it. It looks great when worn alone or with a stack of different bangles. This jewelry line really stands out from all the other lines currently being sold as your local shopping mall. Here's Ms. Richie rockin four of these bangles at once. Looks pretty awesome to me. You can buy them here

Biker Chic

Hello World! This Jacket is so great for so many reasons. 1. A leather jacket is always in style when the weather requires a jacket. 2. The Puff sleeve is SUPER cute but not in a trendy way. 3. Some leather jackets with a zipper can appear cheap - not this one. 4. Because it's supposed to be somewhat fitted, you can wear it to work or out on the town with jeans. Gotta love a jacket that can go multiple places. You can purchase it here.

Tell me about it stud

I love love love this skirt. This would look fabulous on so many different figures. I love the femininity mixed with the hardware studs. You can purchase here.

Loving my Tucker!

Gorgeous Fabric, Gorgeous Dress! I've lost count of how many Tucker items I own. When I first tried on a Tucker silk top, I was hooked. The colors, the fabric, and the fit are superb. The way a Tucker top or dress hangs on your body is so wonderful, you just want to wear it all the time. I decided to post a pic of a Tucker Dress I recently purchased from one of my favorite boutiques in Orlando! Shout out to Sultre Boutique! I love this print. You can purchase it here

Lady in Lace

Lace is a big trend this fall. A lot of the ads are starting to show lace mixed with leather and military style clothing. I think this piece is good because you can wear the trend in a variety of ways with a cardigan. By purchasing a lace cardigan, you allow yourself to embrace the trend by wearing it with jeans and boots, a cami and pencil skirt, a dress, cargo pants and booties, or a cami and shorts. This cardigan can really mix well with a lot of pieces you probably already own. You can find it here

Lots of Luck

It's all about the horseshoe right now. I'm not sure I'd wear both of these together but it's a cute trend and I'm feeling it. This top would be great with a black suit. Take off your jacket and unbutton the top button and voila...hot outfit. The horseshoe jewelry is awesome. Who doesn't want more luck? The necklace is great for layering or by itself. You can find the top here and the necklace here

The Few The Proud - The Marines

Now, I know I've already mentioned one military jacket in my blog, but because I'm starting to get the feeling that military jackets are huuuuuuuge for Fall/Winter, I felt the need to blog about this one. This one is affordable and looks great. I love the shirt/jacket idea instead of a jacket just serving one purpose. This one truly looks like a layer. It's thin but not too form fitting. I like a great military jacket to be a little boxy and roomy. It shouldn't be worn like a man, but it looks good when worn a little lose on the body. You can buy this one here

It's getting hot in here

It doesn't get much hotter than this! Seriously, these shoes are gorgeous! Now, I know what some of you are thinking - aren't these a little too trendy? The truth is......yes. BUT, I do believe that every once in a while it's fun to buy some "trendy investment" pieces. These pieces are typically items that will without a doubt go out of style, but will without a doubt be beyond fun to wear for at least a year. Let's be honest - if you aren't wearing them for at least 10 months after purchase, that's not just trendy, that's part of your rent and I cannot condone that "trendy investment" purchase. So, my rule is this - if you LOVE them, can immediately think of 10 outfits to wear them with (for work and play), can afford them(don't want anyone being evicted anytime soon), and will not be too terribly upset when Bakers or Dolce Vita make an exact replica but waaaaay cheaper, then buy the hot shoes already. Buy it and love it because they are way too hot to pass on....but them here

Racing Stripes

This blazer is fabulous! It can be worn with jeans, pants, dresses, t-shirts, etc. I personally prefer wearing this blazer in place of the classic black one. A blazer like this will never go out of style, and will carry you into every season. But, don't be afraid to mix and match. This blazer can and should be worn with other patterns underneath if you're in a daring mood. You can purchase it here

Save the Date

If you have a date that means a lot to you (Hello Brides!), then this is a great piece of jewelry for you! This necklace comes in four different colors and there are a variety of jewels to chose from to mark the date on your calendar. If your calendar reflects your birthday then maybe your birthstone would be a good choice. If you prefer to wear gold then this necklace is pricey, but this is a necklace I can see being passed down for generations. I plan on getting one with my wedding anniversary on it and hopefully giving to my daughter or granddaughter one day. A necklace like this will NEVER be out of style. Wear it with EVERYTHING. You can find it here.

Bubble Gum

Dear Diary - Call it my fashion instincts about the upcoming collections to come out, but I am in a Bubble Gum Pink mood today. I suddenly have this strong desire to wear bubble gum Pink and Snakeskin. How awesome would both of these dresses look with snakeskin booties? I love the femininity of a pink dress mixed with the toughness of an animal. While we're on this subject, I'd like to mention how great flirty dresses like these look with animal print. When wearing a dress like this, many people will expect you to wear a nude or black pump. Both of these will look just fine but do you really want to be like everyone else? Show some confidence and take some fashion risks - without going over the edge. Be a little "edgy" and wear an animal print shoe with a great dress like this
and this

White Now

Attention all brides! This dress is fabulous for a rehearsal dinner or even your wedding. The fabric is AMAZING! Do you see all of the details in this brocade?!? This would be a beautiful dress to change into after your ceremony. It's super stylish and sophisticated. Not to mention it's Lela Rose and you really can't go wrong with her feminine frocks. That woman knows how to dress a woman's body. I am picturing this with so many types of shoes - Gold Louboutins, Red Valentino's, Black Patent Stuart Weitzmans, etc. Check out more details about this fabulous dress here

Back Up

I am loving the subtle sexiness of this top. If you have short hair - great. If you have long hair - wear it back when wearing a top like this. Now I know what so many of you are thinking...can I wear a bra with this and if so, what type? The answer is yes you can! Victoria's Secret makes a great bra that can be worn on your lower back so it doesn't show when wearing top like this. This top would look great with skinny blue jeans or a black pants/jeans...and don't forget your colored shoes! Because the colors in this top are neutral, you should wear a shoe with some color to add a little more life to your outfit. But, if you're not a colored shoe person, no worries because this top would look just as great with just jeans and black boots. You can buy it here

Lip Synch

I'm a sucker for a great clutch. But I've never been one to go towards the simple black or brown bag, unless it has something interesting going on. For example, I love a great clutch with a unique shape or some excellent hardware. This bag is calling my name. It's snakeskin and the shape is so fun! This bag can be worn with any outfit to go anywhere. It's a great spin on the simple black clutch and it shows that you really care about not wearing something totally ordinary and boring. You can find it here

Pretty in Pink

I just bought these shoes a few weeks ago and I must say, pretty great purchase on my part. I hesitated before buying them, but with the free two day shipping and free returns at endless.com, how could I resist? They are sooooo fun! I love wearing them with skinny jeans and a lose top. They look great with white jeans! Because the shoe color is so bright, they're totally unexpected when worn with a simple color palate. I will miss these in a few months when fall begins. But for now, I am really enjoying these and you should too. You can buy them here

We love our Military

Attention: This is for all you conservative black blazer women! There is no reason why you can't add some spice to that wardrobe and buy a simple black military style jacket like this! Wear this with jeans, pants, dresses and skirts instead of that boring black blazer. I'm not asking you to reach way outside the box. I'm asking you to maintain your conservative style and stay current. The gold buttons add the perfect amount of detail to show some personality. The price is so reasonable! You can find it here

Bootie Bootie Rockin Everywhere

I am currently dying over these shoes! I want to wear them with an awesome sundress right now! In a few months I'll probably rock them with skinny jeans. I tend to prefer a light colored bootie with shorts, short skirts or dresses. They're more flattering to the leg when they're a lighter color. I just can't get over how versatile these shoes are. They are gorgeous! Find them here

Animal Lover

Hi my name is Jessica and I'm a Louboutin Addict. I tried to avoid them for so many years and eventually caved at a Barney's sample sale. I will post some pictures of the Louboutin Fall Collection soon, but for now, let's relax and enjoy the view. How sexy are these? Leopard pumps are meant to be worn with clothes that match (black/brown/tan) and clothes that don't match (floral, plaid, stripes). If you're afraid to wear them with a different print...sigh...I understand. You are not alone. Many women feel this way, so my recommendation is to wear them with a color besides black, brown or tan. I personally LOVE a purple, red, or a blue dress with leopard pumps (or leopard booties). These are definitely pricey but they will take you into every season. Although most animal prints are featured during the fall, you can and should wear animal print all year round. You can find these here and you can find a cheaper alternative here

Go big or go home

It's rare that I find a pair of earrings that are too big. Big earrings make ANY outfit pop. They show tons of personality and confidence. This will no doubt be my first of many blog posts about the need to wear large earrings. I have found that earrings are the most important piece of jewelry because most people look at your face (hopefully) before anything else. I went a little easy on you and only chose to feature earrings that are 2.5 inches long...I personally prefer 3.0-3.5 inches. But these simple gold earrings by the super talented Alexis Bittar can be worn with so many different things. The teardrop shape works with any haircut and face shape. The woven detail really shows the work that went into making such a great piece of jewelry. You can find these here

Back to Basics

Let's get back to the basics, shall we? Who doesn't need a classic trench coat? Who wants to spend a fortune on an item you only wear a few months out of the year? Not me. It doesn't matter where you live in our great country, we can all use a trench coat. This item is ALWAYS in season. The classic trench can be worn over dresses, suits, jeans, and even your birthday suit. But, let's get real folks, this is a fashion blog about clothes, therefore I encourage you to wear...clothes. This jacket is ALWAYS slimming. So, if you are having a "fat" day (believe me we've all been there), this will instantly make you feel put together and slim. You must own one of these. You can find one at a more than reasonable price here

The "Almost" Everyday shoe

Now here's a shoe I can really sink my feet into. Whether you're wearing jeans, wearing a simple business casual outfit, a cocktail dress, or a wedding gown (as I recently did), this shoe will take you places. You can easily spice up any outfit just by wearing these. Wear them with any color. Seriously, ANY color. These shoes were sold out on many sites for quite a few months. Fortunately you can find them here.
